On the second anniversary of the martyrdom of my father, the martyred commander and mujahid, Ramez Mahmoud Mustafa Al-Qassas – October 29, 2023 On this day, October 29, 2023, the treacherous hand of Zionism reached out to target my father, the mujahid commander, in an attempt to break the will of a man who risked his life and walked the path of resistance with unwavering courage. My father, may God have mercy on him, was a symbol of the struggle, a leader who knew no retreat. He believed that the homeland was worth sacrificing for, and that Jerusalem was worth shedding blood. He continued on the path of honor and dignity until he was targeted by Israeli occupation aircraft in one of the most brutal attacks that attempted to eliminate the heroic leaders in Gaza. He was a thorn in the enemy's side, a truthful voice that could not be silenced. He endured his wounds as he endured his enemy, with unwavering patience and faith, until he joined the ranks of the martyrs, head held high, with a pure reputation and a clean heart. On the anniversary of his martyrdom, we remember his features, his voice, his resolve, and his boundless love for Palestine. We remember every moment he was a loving father, a courageous fighter, and an unforgettable leader.
